Coopers Hall, the Southeast Portland urban winery and epic wine taproom from ChefStable, AlexEli Vineyard and developers Dave Schrott and Robert Sacksis opening on April 28.

The 8,000-square-foot winery/taproom, housed in a former auto body shop, boasts 44 taps, pouring 36 local and international wines and eight other suds, including beer and cocktails, in what is probably the most extensive on-tap wine program in the country.
